Naturlig j\u00e4st anv\u00e4nds vid alkoholj\u00e4sning. Vinet lagras p\u00e5 franska ekfat och vid buteljering varken klaras eller filtreras vinet f\u00f6r att alla smaker ska bevaras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Doft och smak<\/strong><br \/>\nDet g\u00e5r inte att ta miste p\u00e5 vilken druva som vinet \u00e4r tillverkat av. Tydlig doft av chardonnay! Vinet har en bra syra som g\u00f6r det v\u00e4lbalanserat. I smaken solmogen citron, mogna \u00e4pplen, mineral och toner av ekfat. Elegant, kr\u00e4migt och komplext.
